Set-Up Only- Social Media Basics

This set-up package is designed for Associations with no social media presence who will need all the basics created before they can begin a Social Media campaign.

  • Design and set up of custom Facebook and Twitter pages
  • Create and/or develop LinkedIn page as applicable.
  • Social Media strategy session
  • Strategy to be provided to client in writing.

Price – $1,300.00 one time fee

 

Package A – Getting Established

This package is designed for Associations with the basics in place who would like to launch a conservative Social Media campaign before their event.

Monthly Packages from Market My MeetingThis package includes:

  • Social Media audit to analyze existing platforms.
  • Strategy session with the Association to evaluate regional and national targets for attendees.
  • Compilation of event facts and Association data/information to be used a base for content.

 

Facebook

  • Establish event goals.
  • Build and communicate with the fan base through posted links 1 – 2 times per week.
  • Add supplied photos to albums.
  • Update to a custom cover photo.

Twitter

  • Build follower base through posts and links 1-2 per day, five days per week, to drive traffic to the association website.
  • Tweet and re-tweet relevant posts to gain followers.
  • Follow and connect with relevant members and potential members and/or event attendees.

LinkedIn

  • Ensure Association profile is findable and presentable.
  • Post links to new content 2 times per week.

Additional services available: Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram

Analyze – Monthly Updates

  • Social analytics reports to include Facebook Insights, Twitter Profile Stats, etc.

Pricing starts at $1,900.00 per month (6 month minimum)

 

Package B – Making an Impact

This package is designed for Associations with the basics in place who would like to launch a more aggressive Social Media campaign before their event.

This package includes:Social Media Monthly Packages

  • Social Media audit to analyze existing platforms and effectiveness in the overall campaign.
  • Review website content.
  • If a blog needs to be created – consult on production and provide quote for set-up.
  • If a blog exists on the site, develop a strategic content strategy. If blog needs to be created, additional fees to be added.
  • Strategy session with the Association to evaluate regional and national targets for attendees.
  • Compilation of event facts and Association data/information to be used a base for content.

Strategic Content (Blog)

  • Research and create editorial content.
  • Edit, manage and post one blog per week (word count 250 – 300 words.)

Facebook

  • Establish event goals.
  • Build and communicate with the fan base through post links 3-4 times per week.
  • Add supplied photos to albums.
  • Update to a custom cover photo.

Twitter

  • Build follower base through posts and links 2-4 per day, five days per week, to drive traffic to the association website.
  • Tweet and re-tweet relevant posts to gain followers.
  • Follow and connect with relevant members and potential members and/or event attendees.

This package is designed for Associations who are already savvy and established in the Social Media marketplace and are looking to take their efforts to the next level.

  • Social Media audit to analyze existing platforms and effectiveness in the overall campaign.
  • Review website content.
  • If a blog needs to be created – consult on production and provide quote for set-up. (If a blog exists on the site, develop a strategic content strategy.
  • Strategy session with the Association to evaluate regional and national targets for attendees.
  • Post event monitoring and analysis

Strategic Content (Blog)

  • Research and create editorial content.
  • Edit, manage and post two blogs per week (word count 250 – 300 words.)

  • Add supplied photos to albums.
